Samples of Success

In one instance, Lee empowered his staff to change the current local payroll system in order to produce better control and more timely payrolls in a 2,200 member organization.  Within 36 months of this new payroll system, the innovative and creative changes that were made to the new local payroll system caught the eye of the national leaders and this new payroll system became the national payroll system for all the 50 states in the United States.

In another example, Lee took his new staff from meeting none of their annual goals in the past three years to a 500% result of the annual goals within the first quarter (90 days) of Lee joining the firm. He finished this same year with over 220% of annual goal met. Lee used principled based leadership, mentoring and coaching of staff as groups and individually along with having the staff come together to create a vision of what could be along with heart and mind based passion that all members of the team accepted as their own. This noteworthy outcome did not require employee overtime or cost cutting.

Lee is co-founder of an award winning annual young adult (ages 14-19) summer leadership camp which teaches personal change through the use of principles.  This camp has served over 500 young people with 90% of these campers completing school including college using the leadership skills taught at these camps.
