Founder and former fighter pilot, Mike Friesen, is a tested professional with a wide variety and depth of experience. At the core of his business philosophy is the importance of principled leadership. Mike has crafted his theories inside and outside the military. There are many, many businesses out there working hard for the next dollar but there are too few who will make the commitment to long-term excellence.

Master facilitator Lee Hawkins provides outstanding capability for a variety of organizational needs. Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching, small and large group development, innovation, leading growth and much more. He has personally led stand-out results in the banking industry as well as the military.

Retired Brigadier General Doug Pritt brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience. General Pritt has a very successful track record of developing leaders over many years. His final assignment included mentoring American and Afghan soliders in country.
